Need a burn permit in Park County, Montana? You can find current burn permit information, requirements, and application details here. Before starting any open burn, be sure to review local regulations, seasonal restrictions, and safety guidelines to help protect our community and surrounding land.

Park County Restrictions: Open Burning is allowed year round in Park County with the exception of closures due to unsafe conditions. A Park County burn permit must always be obtained and activated before starting a burn. During specific times of the year, a permit and/or permission must also be obtained.
